The goods will be delivered by a shipping company of Berlin Atonal's choice. The shipment is at the expense of the customer and will be indicated on the customer's invoice. Shipping leadtimes are indicated on the product pages directly.

Damaged goods or merchandise that do not fit must be returned to Berlin Atonal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by the customer. Please use this address: Berlin Atonal, Köpenicker Str. 70, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund outside of our responsibility, please send it to the above address and kindly confirm the reason for your return. Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange will be charged.
